Alanon Information Service Liaison report for August 18, 2007

Hi Everyone, I just want to thank you all for allowing me to serve you as your AISL. I had the pleasure of going to the Al-ateen Safety and Behavioral Requirements Orientation and Training. Thank You Charlotte, for putting that together. There was quite a turnout as I am sure she will share. I really enjoyed it.

Please share something that is going on in your group or with your service position that I can take back to the Area World Service. I’m looking forward to hearing from you at Erika-dist4@comcast.net. Please email me by Wednesday as we will leave on Friday and I’ll need to make copies of my report.

Below are some area happenings. Don’t forget to support the speaker meetings on the last Sunday of the month.

2007 September 21-23 “Mission Possible” Convention in Daytona Beach. Many meetings, many topics. Speakers too! You will enjoy it. J

2008 North Florida Area AFG Service Workshop will be April 26,2008 in Orlando. Registration flyers coming soon!!! Mark your calendars!!!!

2008 Al-Anon International Convention will be July 4-6 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Registration materials will be available in the fall of 2007. Early bird registration is $105.
